Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Direct to Film (DTF) Printer Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining DTF printing equipment used to produce high-quality transfer films for apparel and promotional products. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude, warehouse experience, and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. Responsibilities

Operate Direct to Film printing machinery, ensuring optimal print quality and adherence to production specifications
Familiar with Adobe Illustrator
Prepare and load materials such as films, powders, and inks into the printer with precision
Monitor printing processes continuously, making adjustments as necessary to maintain consistent output
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to minimize downtime
Assist with the packaging of finished transfer films, ensuring proper labeling and quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety protocols
Collaborate with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products
Support machining or mechanical tasks related to equipment setup or repairs when required
Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures during daily operations
Skills

Proven experience in manufacturing environments, particularly with printing or similar machinery
Mechanical knowledge relevant to operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining printing equipment
Warehouse experience including inventory management and material handling
Ability to operate forklift safely and efficiently
Strong understanding of packaging processes for finished goods
Basic machining skills or familiarity with mechanical tools is advantageous
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
