Good-sized room on the main level. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with 1 other room, which a female tenant currently occupies. All utilities are included: heat, light, hot water, and wi-fi. There is a washer and dryer on the same floor, which is shared by all in the home. The charge for the washer and dryer is $5 per load based on the honor system. If interested, you should call.
