Metal Employees Needed ASAP (All Shifts)

Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Measure, cut, bend, drill, grind, and form metal materials.
Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, presses, shears, drills, grinders, and other machinery.
Assemble metal components using hand and power tools.
Perform welding or assist with welding operations, as required.
Inspect finished parts to ensure dimensions, quality, and specifications are met.
Identify and report defects or quality issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing is preferred.
Ability to read basic drawings and measurements.
Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and rulers.
Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to safely operate hand tools and power equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials as required.
Shifts available:
Day shift: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm-
Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday 3:45pm to 12:00am - $1.15/hr Shift premium
Midnight shift: Monday to Friday 10:30pm to 7:00am- $2.00/hr shift premium
