We are looking for a motivated and reliable expedite driver to operate a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van for long-haul cross-border expedited freight between Canada and the United States.

Expediting is a lifestyle and is ideal for someone who is hungry to make money and willing to stay available for work. You must be able to drive 12-14 hours a day without issues, you will drive 800 miles a day on regular basis.

Pay Structure

• 30% of gross revenue on loaded and empty miles (42-60 cpm)
• 50% of miscellaneous pay
• Potential to earn strong income for drivers who stay available and keep moving
• Paid travel insurance
• Bonus pay for high performers

Examples of actual recent driver pay:
-Mississauga ON to Laredo TX driver pay $765 trip time 2 days.
-Orlando FL to Edmonton AB driver pay $1740 trip time 3 days.
-Mississauga ON to San Diego CA driver pay $1370 trip time 3 days.
-Markham ON to Orangeburg SC driver pay $377 trip time 1 day.

A motivated driver can realistically target $5,000 monthly paychecks during busy periods.

Job Requirements

• Must take all dispatched loads
• Must be available to work Days, Nights, Weekends, and Some public holidays
• Trips starting near the end of the week are very common, especially Thursdays and Fridays
* Sometimes new trips start the same day after you return from a long trip, you must accept them.
• Time off usually happens naturally when freight is slow

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum driver age is 25
• Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience (with experience letters)
• Uber/Lyft experience does NOT qualify
• Clean driving record
• FAST card is preferred but not mandatory.
• Clean criminal background
• Must provide a Letter of Experience from previous insurance company
• Must be able to cross the Canada/US border without issues
• Professional attitude and good communication skills required
• You must be incorporated
• You must have business checking account
• You must be able to safely park the van at your home location
• Preference will be given to drivers living within GTA

-Letter of experience from insurance company (at least 2 years).
-Background check done within last 3 months.
-3 years Driver’s abstract maximum 30 days old.
-Incorporation certificate.
-Void check (Business Account).
