Warehouse Helper – Full-Time

Location: Stratford, Ontario
Pay: $21–$25/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Hours: Approximately 40 hours/week
Overtime: Saturday overtime opportunities may be available

BRS Concepts Inc. is currently recruiting a Warehouse Helper for a well-established logistics company in Stratford, Ontario.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join the warehouse team. Candidates with previous warehouse experience are preferred, but we are also open to younger or entry-level candidates who are willing to learn and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
Receive and handle incoming products
Prepare and organize freight for shipment
Load and unload trailers as required
Perform general warehouse duties
Use the company's internal computer/software systems
Operate a forklift when required, after appropriate training
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow workplace safety procedures and instructions
Requirements
Previous warehouse experience is an asset
Ability to lift and handle up to 45 lbs
Basic computer skills are an asset
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
Forklift experience is an asset, but willingness to learn is acceptable
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Reliable transportation to the Stratford work location is preferred
