General Farm Labourer – Seasonal Full-Time

Braun Nursery Limited is seeking General Farm Labourers for seasonal full-time employment at our nursery operation in Ontario.

Position: General Farm Labourer / Nursery Worker

Employment Type: Seasonal full-time
Employment Period: February 1 to September 1
Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week
Wage: $17.95 CAD per hour

Job Duties:

Planting and transplanting nursery stock
Digging and harvesting trees and nursery plants
Irrigating and watering crops
Weeding and general crop maintenance
Pruning and maintaining nursery stock
Loading, unloading and moving nursery plants and materials
Assisting with other general farm and nursery duties related to the growing and harvesting of nursery crops
Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Performing physically demanding agricultural work as required

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.

Experience: No previous experience required. Training will be provided.
