Production Team Member

Location: Brampton Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Minimum wage (as per Ontario standards)

About Us: We are a growing kitchen cabinet manufacturing company committed to quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. We're looking for a hands-on Production Team Member to lead our warehouse floor, keep manufacturing on schedule, and enforce the quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities: -
Keep production running on schedule across our cabinet lines
Run daily checklists and make sure quality standards are met before orders ship
Help train and guide warehouse staff
Spot problems early and help fix them
Keep the floor organized, safe, and on track

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (email, invoicing, etc.)
Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment(strong asset , but not required)

Work Conditions: Full-time hours
