✨️ 98 acres with on property trails for hacking and training, 50' outdoor sand ring

✨️ 4 stall barn with place for feed and tack and grooming. One HTNT stall reserved for emergencies or grooming

✨️ 20 /- acre paddock & rotational 5 acre paddock, with a mixed herd 12 horses max, where horses are kept as naturally as a domesticated herd can be. Paddock consists of varried terrain with both foraging and grazing options when in season, bush sections and 3 water sources - spring fed pond, geothermal well and seasonal creek

✨️ new post, rail and electric fencing

✨️ quality small square bales, loose salt and minerals, supplements/grains fed if owner provided
