We are seeking a Dishwasher for our busy Deli and Cafe. Shifts available during day-time hours between 9:00 am and 7:30 pm.

Responsibilities include:
• Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, glassware, cutlery, and plates used in the front-of-house, as well as pots, pans, and cooking utensils from the kitchen
• Restocking clean dishes and utensils in the designated front-of-house areas and proactively collecting used items from the deli for cleaning
• Performing general cleaning and sanitation duties, including sweeping and mopping kitchen and warehouse floors, and cleaning sinks, counters, and other surfaces as needed
• Maintaining the cleanliness and stocking of washrooms with necessary sanitary supplies
• Assisting with receiving deliveries, unpacking pallets, and performing general warehouse duties
• Breaking down cardboard boxes and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, free of garbage and clutter
• Disposing of garbage, recycling, and organic waste in accordance with company procedures
• Wiping own kitchen appliances, including ovens, stoves, and other equipment, to ensure proper hygiene and maintenance
• Cleaning walls and surrounding areas near sinks and throughout the kitchen
• Regularly inspect and clean under and behind tables and equipment in the kitchen, dish area, and warehouse
• Maintaining tidy and clean countertops in the warehouse and kitchen areas
• Performing additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
• Able to handle high volume pots/pans, bakery pans, etc.
• Able to lift heavy objects
• Reliable, dependable, hard worker
