We, Highrise Glass Ltd, located at 221-17 Fawcett Rd, Coquitlam, BCV3K 6V2 are looking for Two experienced, talented Glaziers to join our organization. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. Work location will be in and around Greater Vancouver, BC.

Job Duties:
• Read, interpret blueprints and specifications to determine type and thickness of glass, frame, installation procedure and materials required.
• Lay-out frame and window wall position along the perimeter of the building.
• Install pre-build glass panels and metal panels in frames to form exterior walls of buildings (window wall).
• Position glass units into frames and secure glass with glass-stops.
• Assemble and install prefabricated glass or metal panels on exteriors of building.
• Fabricate metal frames for glass installation.
• Repair and service windows, aluminum doors and other window components.
• Replace damaged glass or faulty sealant.
• Measure, mark and cut glass.
• Assemble, erect and dismantle scaffolds, swing-stages and hoisting equipment.

Qualifications:
• Completion of secondary school
• Good control over English language
• Experience as a Glazier for 3-4 years

• Combination of standing and walking for extended periods
• Being a strong team player
• Organized, reliable and responsible
