Made with a scratch resistant microfibre for pet resistant and and a kid friendly model. No stains and well taken care of. It’s a light gray microfibre fabric that brings a cozy look to any room. Super comfy and easy to clean.

There is some visible wear along the edges on the right side (picture below). The upholstery shows signs of daily use; offers plenty of comfort and room for lounging.

Sectional is configured with the chaise on the left side when facing it.

Dimensions are 110 inches wide by 37 inches deep, with the chaise section extending to 64 inches. This couch has been a staple for relaxing evenings, but it is time for it to find a new home for it to continue to host movie nights and cozy naps, or even for a man or women’s cave or a teenager hangout…..
