Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across various commercial facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. The ideal candidate will have prior custodial or cleaning experience, with a focus on commercial cleaning environments. This position offers consistent work hours and the opportunity to contribute to a professional setting where attention to detail is valued.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, lobbies, hallways, and other designated areas within commercial buildings
Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to meet cleanliness standards
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
Operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, extractors, and pressure washers safely and effectively
Follow established safety protocols and procedures during all cleaning activities
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards identified during cleaning duties
Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and security of client premises
Experience

Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment used in commercial settings is advantageous
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable with a professional attitude and good communication skills
