BUILDING CLEANER – EDMONTON

Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | Monday–Friday

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Building Cleaner to join our team at an apartment building in Edmonton.

Position Details

* Location: Edmonton
* Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
* Hours per week: 40
* Position: Full-Time
* Start Date: ASAP
* Pay: TBD

Responsibilities

* Cleaning and maintaining common areas of an apartment building
* Cleaning hallways, stairwells, entrances, elevators, and amenity areas
* Cleaning and maintaining washrooms
* Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and dusting
* Emptying garbage and recycling in and out
* Cleaning windows and glass as required
* Keeping entrances and common areas clean and presentable
* Reporting maintenance, damage or safety concerns to management
* Following cleaning procedures and workplace safety requirements
* Maintaining a professional and courteous relationship with residents and staff

What We’re Looking For

* Previous commercial or building cleaning experience is an asset
* Reliable and punctual
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Good physical ability to perform cleaning duties throughout the day
* Professional appearance and attitude, uniforms provided
* Comfortable working around residents and pets
* Must be dependable and take pride in maintaining a clean and well-kept building
