Hello, i have a bonded pair of Conure parrots. I am looking to rehome. Would have to be to a home with no children and with someone who is experienced with birds.

A little back story.

I had got these 2 off here, their living conditions were horrible, i have had them for about a half a year, their names are Ducky(female) and petrie(male) petrie is the turquoise one. unfortunately I think the young boy who had lived with these birds prior had tormented the male because he will not stop attacking my son and only my son, he is good with me and they do need some training. Ducky and petrie follow me around the house and are on me every chance they get. Ducky likes giving kisses but they are both a no touching kind of conure or they will bite your hands. I know they have time to be worked with and can be trained as they are still young. Petrie is 3 and ducky 1 year.

I unfortunately had to come to terms with my home not being the right fit and I feel they would thrive so much better in a home without children like I had stated above.

They have been free birds since coming here and don't ever go into their cage.

Please if you don't have experience with conures or have children do not reach out. As I want them to go to the perfect home and wont be willing to give them to just anyone. Also if you believe in clipping a birds wings, these birds are not for you as it wouldn't be fair to take the birds flight away
