* Strong residential framing experience
* Able to lead and organize a crew
* Confident reading plans and layouts
* Quality, safety, and production focused
* LMIA opportunities available for qualified Lead Hand candidates

Experienced & Intermediate Framers

* Positions available for different experience levels
* Must understand residential wood framing and be comfortable working as part of a crew
* Competitive wages based on experience and ability

Entry-Level Framers / Labourers

* Some construction experience is an asset, but we’re willing to work with motivated people who want to learn
* Great opportunity to develop your skills and grow within the company

Service / Warranty Technician

* Framing experience required
* Comfortable working independently
* Able to troubleshoot and complete deficiencies, repairs, and finishing items
* Attention to detail and good communication skills are important

SUBCONTRACTOR FRAMING CREWS WANTED

We’re also looking to connect with experienced and reliable subcontractor framing crews for upcoming residential projects.

We’re interested in established crews that:

* Have their own tools and transportation
* Can read and work from architectural, structural, and supplier drawings
* Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and production
* Are properly registered and insured to operate as subcontractors
* Can provide WCB clearance and required documentation
* Are interested in building an ongoing working relationship, not just a one-time project
