Sparkle Heavenly Cleaning Corp. is seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Post-Construction Cleaners to join our team for commercial cleaning projects throughout Toronto and the GTA.

The successful candidates will be responsible for completing detailed post-construction cleaning to prepare newly constructed or renovated spaces for final inspection and client turnover. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently as part of a team, and the physical ability to perform cleaning duties for extended periods.

The immediate assignment involves a commercial/institutional post-construction cleaning project in Toronto. Cleaners who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, strong attendance, and quality workmanship may be considered for additional Sparkle Heavenly Cleaning Corp. projects and ongoing assignments.

Duties & Responsibilities
▪︎ Perform detailed post-construction and final turnover cleaning.
▪︎ Remove construction dust, dirt, debris, and light residue from surfaces.
▪︎ Sweep, vacuum, and manually mop large floor areas.
▪︎ Clean and sanitize washrooms, change rooms, shower areas, offices, storage, and common areas.
▪︎ Clean doors, frames, baseboards, ledges, fixtures, lockers, benches, mirrors, and interior glass.
▪︎ Complete detailed dusting and final touch-ups in preparation for client inspection.
▪︎ Safely use cleaning products, equipment, and required PPE.
▪︎ Follow WHMIS, site safety procedures, and supervisor instructions.
▪︎ Report damages, hazards, or unfinished areas to the supervisor.
▪︎ Work efficiently as part of a team to meet Sparkle Heavenly Cleaning Corp. quality standards.

Requirements
▪︎ Previous custodial or cleaning experience, preferably in commercial or post-construction settings
▪︎ Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
▪︎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
▪︎ Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies
▪︎ Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
▪︎ Reliable transportation or proximity to the Toronto area for flexible scheduling
▪︎ Nice-to-have: experience with commercial cleaning services or familiarity with post-construction cleanup processes

Physical requirements: Candidates must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, bending, reaching, lifting cleaning supplies/equipment, performing repetitive cleaning movements, and manually sweeping and mopping large commercial floor areas.
