About Feel Good Snacks Inc.

Feel Good Snacks Inc. is a growing Canadian vending company providing modern vending machines, snacks, beverages, and vending services to businesses and organizations throughout Ontario and across Canada.

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, organized, and hardworking Vending Route Driver & Replenishment Specialist to join our Ontario operations team.

This is not simply a delivery-driver position. You will be responsible for managing assigned vending locations, keeping machines properly stocked and clean, monitoring inventory, communicating with customers, and identifying basic machine issues.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

- Drive a company vehicle to assigned customer locations throughout your scheduled route.
- Replenish vending machines with snacks, beverages, and other products.
- Load the vehicle with the required products before beginning the daily route.
- Follow inventory and sales information to determine the products required for each machine.
- Make sure machines are properly stocked, organized, and professionally presented.
- Rotate products and check expiry dates regularly.
- Remove expired, damaged, or unsellable products.
- Clean vending machines inside and outside as required.
- Check that machines are operating correctly after every visit.
- Report machine problems, payment issues, refrigeration issues, or other technical concerns.
- Perform simple troubleshooting when trained and appropriate.
- Collect cash from vending machines when required and follow company cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory and route records.
- Report low-selling and high-selling products to management.
- Communicate professionally with customers and location representatives.
- Report customer requests, complaints, or service concerns to management.
- Keep the company vehicle clean, organized, and properly loaded.
- Complete basic vehicle checks and immediately report any vehicle problems.
- Assist with warehouse organization, loading, unloading, and inventory when required.
- Follow company procedures, food-safety practices, and workplace safety requirements.

Requirements

Applicants must:

- Hold a valid Ontario Full G driver's licence.
- Have a clean driving record/driver's abstract.
- Be comfortable driving throughout the GTA and other assigned areas of Ontario.
- Be physically capable of repeatedly lifting and moving products weighing up to approximately 50 lbs.
- Be comfortable using a hand truck/dolly to move cases of beverages and products.
- Be punctual and dependable.
- Have strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Be able to work independently for most of the workday.
- Be comfortable using a smartphone and mobile applications for routes, inventory, photos, and communication.
- Be able to communicate professionally with customers.
- Pay close attention to inventory, expiry dates, cleanliness, and machine presentation.

- Be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Experience

Previous experience in any of the following is an asset:

- Vending machine replenishment
- Route driving
- Delivery driving
- Beverage or food distribution
- Convenience-store merchandising
- Inventory management
- Warehouse operations
- Customer service
- Basic vending-machine troubleshooting

Previous vending experience is preferred but not required. Training can be provided to the right candidate.

What We're Looking For

The ideal person is someone who takes ownership of their route.

We are looking for someone who notices when a machine needs attention rather than simply filling it and leaving.

You should be able to recognize:

- Products that are selling quickly
- Products that are not selling
- Empty selections
- Incorrect product placement
- Expired or soon-to-expire products
- Dirty machines
- Payment or vending problems
- Customer concerns
- Inventory discrepancies

Our goal is to keep every Feel Good Snacks location clean, fully stocked, organized, operational, and professionally presented.

What We Offer

- Full-time permanent employment
- Competitive Pay
- Company vehicle while performing assigned duties
- Training on vending-machine replenishment and operations ( PAID).
- Training on basic machine troubleshooting
- Established vending routes and customer locations
- Opportunity to grow with an expanding Canadian vending company
- Potential advancement into route management, operations, technical service, or other positions

Schedule

Monday to Friday

START TIME: 7 AM

Candidates should have some flexibility with starting and finishing times depending on the assigned route and customer requirements.
