We are a medium sized property management company with several buildings in downtown Ottawa looking for a full-time renovator to start immediately or in the very near future.

The major part of this job will be renovating kitchens and bathrooms.

Other major duties include:
• Drywall installation and/or patch and repair
• Minor painting and caulking work
• Hardwood and vinyl flooring and trim installation and repair
• Tile installation and repair

Should have familiarity with all aspects of renovations including those mentioned above as well as carpentry, basic plumbing and electrical, masonry, and window/glass repair.

Should have experience working under pressure and with multiple deadlines. Having your own vehicle is a requirement.
