EuroSpot is a dedicated rim repair and refinishing shop in Scarborough, established in 2011.

We specialize specifically in wheels and have the equipment in-house to handle the complete job properly. Powder coating, bent rim straightening and cracked rim TIG welding are all done at our shop.

• Sandblasting and surface preparation

BENT RIM STRAIGHTENING – STARTING AT $99

Bent wheels are mounted on our dedicated rim straightening machine and checked with a dial indicator to measure runout and identify exactly where the bend is.

We then use a hydraulic press to apply controlled pressure to the affected area. The wheel is rotated and measured again throughout the process so we can see the correction as it is being made.

CRACKED RIM TIG WELDING – STARTING AT $99

Cracked aluminum wheels are inspected, cleaned and properly prepared before being TIG welded in-house using our own equipment.

Lifetime warranty on the welded area.
