- Experience in a cellphone store (MUST HAVE)
- Strong selling skills — ability to close deals
- Familiar with posting ads and responding to leads on Facebook/OKz.ca
- Good communication skills
- TikTok/Instagram content creation

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customers' needs and recommending suitable cell phones and accessories.
-Receive inbound calls from customers inquiring about products or services
-Maintain in-depth product knowledge, including the latest models and features.
-Achieve and exceed sales targets by engaging customers and promoting our products and services.
-Assist with in-store merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
-Handle cash transactions, process payments, and accurately manage daily cash register reconciliations.
-Troubleshoot various software and hardware issues on customers' phones, providing solutions and guidance to ensure optimal device performance.
-Stay up to date with the latest technology trends, promotions, and competitive offerings.
-Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in the electronics or telecommunications industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to negotiate and persuade customers effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for mobile technology and gadgets.
