I’m currently looking for a roommate to share my home. Male or female — honestly, I’m not picky. What matters most to me is that you’re respectful, clean, honest, and drama-free.

$700/month your own food (first and last required).

I’m pretty easygoing. We can share the occasional morning coffee, do our own thing throughout the day, and have a comfortable, respectful home environment. I’m not looking for someone to be attached at the hip — just someone who understands boundaries and knows how to live peacefully with another person.

Important: I do smoke in my home, and I’m not planning on changing that. You must be comfortable living with smoking. If you smoke, you’re responsible for providing your own cigarettes.
