CCL Group is a B2B sales agency (offices in Chicago and Greater Montréal) representing established manufacturers of building materials, flooring, formwork & scaffolding, and machinery in the North American market. We're looking for bilingual students to join our outreach team.

WHY THIS WORKS AS A STUDENT JOB
- 100% remote, 5–15 hrs/week to start — schedule built around your classes
- CAD $20–25/hr
- The products are technical (construction, machinery) — your engineering background is a real advantage on these calls
- You'll learn practical B2B sales and business development — a rare, concrete skill set on a young engineer's résumé
- Full training, scripts, and contact lists provided; no experience required
- Room to grow: hours scale up as our client portfolio expands, and strong performers take on bigger roles

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
Call professional buyers (distributors, importers, contractors) across the US and Canada, in English and French. You're not closing sales — you're opening doors: start the conversation, qualify the decision-maker, and book a discovery meeting for our account team. You log your calls in our CRM and report your results weekly.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Fully bilingual English/French (required — you'll call buyers in both languages)
- Confident on the phone; calm, persistent, open to coaching
- Reliable and available for some hours during business hours (EST/CST)
- Engineering student or recent graduate (civil/mechanical a plus, all disciplines welcome)

TERMS
Independent contractor (hourly, invoiced) · CAD $20–25/hr · fully remote.

Vous ne concluez pas la vente — vous ouvrez la porte : démarrer la conversation, qualifier le décideur et fixer un rendez-vous découverte pour notre équipe. Vous consignez vos appels dans notre CRM et rapportez vos résultats chaque semaine.

CE QU'IL VOUS FAUT
- Parfaitement bilingue français/anglais (requis — vous appellerez dans les deux langues)
- À l'aise au téléphone; calme, persévérant(e), ouvert(e) au coaching
- Fiable et disponible quelques heures durant les heures d'affaires (EST/CST)
- Étudiant(e) en génie ou récemment diplômé(e) (civil/mécanique un atout, toutes disciplines bienvenues)

CONDITIONS
