B&R Paving is looking for experienced, hardworking individuals to join our team as Seasonal General Labourer!

B&R Paving has been proudly serving London and surrounding areas for 17 years, specializing in asphalt paving for driveways and parking lots.

Position Details

- Position: Seasonal General Labourer
- Employment: Full-time, Seasonal
- Hours: Starting at 8:00 AM and working until the job is completed
- Schedule: Weather dependent
- Weekends & Holidays: Off
- Wage: Discussed during interview

Responsibilities

- Assist with asphalt paving and general construction duties
- Operate a variety of hand tools such as: shovels, brooms, pick axes, sledgehammer, etc.
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
- Assist the paving crew with daily job-site tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a team
- Perform physically demanding work outdoors in hot weather

Requirements

- Previous construction or paving experience is required
- Must be comfortable using hand tools
- Must be physically capable of performing demanding outdoor work
- Must be comfortable working in hot weather
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Must provide your own high-visibility clothing and steel-toed work boots
- Must have a strong work ethic and a willingness to get the job done
