About the Home

I work in the education field, and we maintain a peaceful and respectful lifestyle. I am deeply involved in spirituality, so a calm and positive home environment is important to me.

We have a young child, so we go to bed early and keep a quiet household at night. We are therefore looking for a responsible working professional or a sincere, mature student whose lifestyle is compatible with a peaceful shared home.

Expectations
• Tenant must be clean, respectful, and comfortable following cleaning rules
• Quiet lifestyle, particularly during evening/night hours
• Smoke-free and drug-free home
• No pets, parties, or disruptive noise
• Minimum 4-month commitment (lease)
• Good credit score
