Job Description:

Malhi Framing is a growing framing and custom home building company based in the GTA, looking for construction labourers to join our crew. We work on residential framing and custom home builds across the region and are looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to help us keep projects moving.

Responsibilities:

Assist with framing walls, floors, and roofs on residential job sites
Carry, load, and unload building materials and supplies
Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision (nail guns, drills, saws, etc.)
Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
Follow instructions from crew leads and site supervisors
Support other tradespeople as needed on-site

Requirements:

Minimum 1 years of construction or labour experience
This is a non-union position
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Able to lift 50 lbs and stand/work for extended periods
Reliable transportation to job sites across the GTA
Willingness to learn and take direction
Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team
