CDS Call Disposal Service is growing, and we're looking for experienced, reliable, and safety-focused Roll-Off Truck Drivers to join our team.

THE POSITION
As a Roll-Off Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery, pickup, and transportation of roll-off containers for residential, commercial, construction, and industrial customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Safely operate a roll-off truck and equipment
•    Deliver, pick up, and exchange waste containers
•    Secure loads and ensure equipment is operated safely
•    Complete daily vehicle and equipment inspections
•    Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch
•    Follow all company safety procedures and applicable transportation regulations
•    Maintain a clean and professional truck
•    Provide dependable, courteous service to customers
•    Manage daily routes efficiently and safely

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
•    Minimum 1 year of working experience with Roll-Off Trucks
•    Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience
•    Valid DZ driver's licence
•    Experience driving manual transmission trucks
•    Ability to read and write in English
•    Strong communication and customer service skills
•    Clean Driver's Abstract
•    Clean and satisfactory CVOR
•    Safe and responsible driving habits
•    Dependable, punctual, and professional
•    Ability to work independently and manage daily routes
•    Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
•    Previous waste management experience is an asset
