Litter of four healthy and happy chow chow puppies in Fairview, Alberta. They are currently 6 weeks old. Mother is a 45 lb. healthy and active alpha female who is an excellent guard dog and very good general companion. Father is a blue 54 lb. male who is a friendly, laid back guy who loves cuddling.

Puppies have been dewormed and have had their first set of shots. No health issues present. They are growing quickly and will be ready for their new homes on September 06.

First photo (Mr. Flagg) is the heaviest one in the litter. He will meet or exceed dad's adult weight. Like dad, he is also friendly, calm and cuddles like a pro.

Second photo (Ewok) is a pale gray male with a slightly lighter build but more active and agile than his larger brother. He is very alert and already starting to act like a guard dog.

Third photo (Miss Firecracker) is a black female with a small grey blush on her chest. She is the second biggest in the litter and the most active one. She is showing clear signs of becoming an alpha.

Fourth (Wagger) A dark brown female with the classic black mask. As the smallest one in the litter, she is extremely agile and very quick. As her name suggests, she wags constantly and she is as friendly as she is cute. She will likely become a deep mahogany red adult.

Fifth (Missy) A one year old female, born September 02, 2025. Unfortunately, she needs to be rehomed because, like her mother, she is an alpha female. Dominance issues are starting to create tension between them. She will be slightly bigger than her mom when she is full grown (about 48-50 lbs) but she has inherited mom's agility and speed. She is wary of strangers (part of what makes her an excellent guard dog). Ideally she would be slowly introduced to her new home. She is definitely the most affectionate chow of the 17 that I have had.
