Dispatcher A — Operations Shift
6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
Dispatcher B — Capacity & Freight Procurement
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon–Fri)

Dispatcher C — Afternoon Operations Shift
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Mon–Fri)

Managing Large Customer Accounts

DAT Load Board & Loadlink Management
Spot Market Freight & Pricing Strategy
Driver Assignment & Fleet Utilization
Service Failure Escalations
Daily Operations Meetings

Tracking & Monitoring
Track every active load, truck, and trailer

Update load progress hourly
ETA & appointment monitoring
Border crossing monitoring
Load status reporting
Driver Support
Breakdown & road service coordination
Tire service & mobile mechanic dispatch
Towing arrangements
Fuel support
Downtime management
Customs & documentation assistance
Operations Support
Cross‑dock coordination
Warehouse communication
Trailer pool management
POD collection
Appointment confirmations
Broker communication
Freight Support
Bid board monitoring
Responding to available freight
Updating bid boards
Minor freight bidding
Escalating major opportunities to Canada
