JFC is looking for a metal cladder /labour to join our team.

What you need to apply :

-Valid driver license and own vehicle.
-1 year experience in general construction.
-Must know how to read a tape measure and measure materials.
-Must know how to use basic tools such as skillsaw/jigsaw/impact drill/drill
-Good understanding of the english language.
-Valid CSTS card.
-Valid Fall protection ticket.
-Physically fit enough to last a full day in the construction world.
-Reliable and punctual.


What we offer:

-Monday to Friday schedule (40 hours/week) with possibility for Saturdays.
-8:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule.
-15% holiday pay on top of your hourly wage.
(4 weeks off paid/year 7 days of sick days paid all stat holidays paid)
-Competitive wages ( Labour starts at $30/hour 15% )
-Health benefit to be discussed after 3 months. (70/30)
-Flexible schedule when needed.

If you have experience in metal cladding/metal roofing installation , you can apply as well and we can discuss a higher wage based on your experience.

Some information about our company.

We supply and install metal wall products in Alberta since 2010.
Most if not all of our clients are commercial clients with lots of franchise clients.
We work all year long so gear up for winter.
We pay twice a month by direct deposit (15th and 31st of each months)
We bank the hours after 44 hours worked per week in exchange of time off.
We allow and train our employees to grow all the way up to management if they have the potential and wants to handle more responsibilities.
