Hiring: À La Carte Indian Chef / Line Cook

We are hiring an À La Carte Indian Chef / Line Cook for our 100% pure vegetarian Indian restaurant in Markham & Sheppard, Scarborough.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare individual customer orders using our base gravies

* Prepare a variety of vegetarian Indian dishes

* Prepare appetizers and other menu items

* Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation

* Follow recipes and maintain consistency

* Keep the kitchen clean and organized

* Work efficiently during busy hours

Requirements:

* Previous Indian restaurant kitchen experience preferred

* Must be comfortable preparing vegetarian dishes

* À la carte cooking experience is an asset

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Reliable and hardworking
