I live in beautiful Calgary in the north east end of Calgary in Huntridge just off of Centre Street and 64th in walking distance. I have a no-frills a Dollarama Tim Hortons superstore Safeway showing and so forth there’s also a number of buses around here here about a 10 minute bus ride to downtown . The number three is to put a block away. I have a room downstairs in my basement that is for rent it’s furnished also down in the basement as a washer and dryer. It is a shared kitchen with myself. He must be OK with dogs. I have a huge huge yard. The front yard is huge in the backyard is very very big. There’s a big huge deck in the backyard with a great big gazebo that is up all year round for bad weather. If you smoke you can smoke in there smoking is OK on property cigarettes and 420. No other drugs allowed on the property no heavy drinking allowed have a gas barbeque there’s table and chairs outside on the deck in the gazebo, there’s a bunch of chairs with fireplace TV if you wish to sit outside and watch TV instead of being in the house, it’s a beautiful property and lots of room so if you’re interested in the large room that is downstairs, you can let me know if you’re a single mom and you need a place you can let me know.
