We are looking for a responsible, energetic and reliable team member who can confidently handle multiple aspects of daily restaurant operations, including customer service, order taking, food preparation, cash handling and online orders.

Key Responsibilities:
•Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient customer service.
•Take dine-in, takeout and phone orders accurately.
•Operate the POS system and process cash, debit and credit transactions.
•Maintain accurate cash handling and follow opening/closing cash procedures.
•Prepare and assemble food orders according to Dear Mama's recipes, SOPs and quality standards.
•Ensure every order is accurate, complete and presented properly.
•Pack and organize Uber Eats, Skip and other online delivery orders for pickup.
•Monitor incoming online orders and ensure they are prepared within the required time.
•Communicate with delivery drivers and ensure orders are handed over correctly.
•Answer customer questions about the menu, ingredients and available options.
•Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
•Keep the front counter, dining/takeout area and workstations clean and organized.
•Assist with food prep, restocking ingredients, packaging and general restaurant duties.
•Follow all food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
•Assist with opening and closing the restaurant, including cleaning, stocking, cash procedures and securing the premises.
•Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining accuracy and a positive attitude.
•Support other team members wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly.

•Punctual and dependable
•Flexible and available for opening and closing shifts
•Available Monday–Saturday
•Previous restaurant/QSR experience is an asset, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are equally important.
