**Independent Freight Sales Agent — Commission-Based**

**Company:** Cargoflex Logistics Inc.
**Location:** Remote / Alberta
**Engagement:** Independent contractor
**Compensation:** Commission only — no base salary

Cargoflex Logistics Inc. is seeking motivated independent sales agents to develop relationships with businesses requiring shared-pallet, dedicated-van and regional freight services across Alberta and Canada.

**Responsibilities**

* Identify businesses that regularly move pallets, inventory or oversized goods.
* Contact wholesalers, retailers, manufacturers and other prospective customers.
* Introduce Cargoflex’s transportation services to decision-makers.
* Gather shipment information and arrange qualified sales meetings.
* Maintain professional relationships with customers you introduce.

**Commission**

Agents receive **20% of the gross profit** Cargoflex earns from completed and fully paid deliveries generated through their customers.

Commission continues on qualifying deliveries from the customer for the first six months, subject to the written sales-agent agreement. Commission is paid after Cargoflex completes the delivery and receives the customer’s payment.

**Who We’re Looking For**

* Experience in sales, marketing, logistics or business development is an advantage.
* Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Comfortable contacting businesses by telephone, email, social media and in person.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Existing business or logistics contacts are an advantage.

This is an independent contractor opportunity. Agents control their schedules and prospecting methods, use their own equipment and may provide services to other businesses.
