I have for sale a 12 x 16 insulated shed thats currently on a trailer and ready to move wherever it needs to go!

It is wired up for lights and plugs as well and has its own breaker box. Would make a great base for a tiny home!

This was previously used as an add-on to a house and so has an open hole on the one side that I can repair before sale how you would like it. It can be prepped for a passage way again or it can be closed off with or without a window(Ive got a triple pane that will fit). Need a foundation for it? I can help you with that too. I'm a carpenter by trade so let me know what you want.
