We are looking to add a reliable, full-time handyman to our team to support the ongoing maintenance of residential buildings in the north GTA. This role is well suited for a skilled, semi-retired professional seeking steady, meaningful work with a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete day-to-day maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical work, and general upkeep, to ensure buildings operate efficiently.
• Carry out routine inspections to proactively identify and resolve maintenance concerns.
• Respond promptly to service requests, organizing and prioritizing tasks to reduce inconvenience to residents.
• Work closely with the property management team to coordinate maintenance activities and maintain resident satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Demonstrated experience in building or property maintenance.
• Broad hands-on knowledge of multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently.
