E-CO HOME RENOVATIONS is an incorporated and insured Toronto renovation contractor established in 2018. We are seeking an experienced, independent commission-based Renovation Sales Representative / Business Development Partner to generate and close residential renovation projects across Toronto and the GTA.

Project types:
• Bathroom renovations
• Basement finishing
• Kitchen renovations
• Full interior and rental-property renovations

Responsibilities:
• Generate your own homeowner leads through networking, referrals, real estate contacts, community outreach or other ethical methods
• Qualify the homeowner, project location, scope, budget and timeline
• Arrange site visits and follow up on estimates
• Help present proposals and close renovation contracts
• Maintain professional communication with clients

Compensation:
• 8% commission on collected contract revenue for self-generated projects
• Opportunity to earn up to 10% based on monthly sales volume
• Commission is paid proportionally as customer payments are received
• HST, permit fees and owner-supplied materials are excluded from commission calculations
• No upfront payment is required from the sales representative

Requirements:
• GTA-based with reliable transportation
• Renovation, construction, real estate or home-improvement sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Able to develop your own client relationships
• English required; additional languages are an asset

This is a flexible, independent commission-based contract opportunity. There is no guaranteed salary, hours or income.
