Caribina Creations Ltd. is looking for a reliable and hardworking Constructio/Renovation Helper to join our residential renovation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in basement development, renovations, framing, drywall, flooring, demolition, and general construction.

Responsibilities
You back will work alongside our experienced renovation team and assist with:

• Demolition and site preparation
• Moving and organizing materials
• Loading and unloading materials
• Keeping the worksite clean and organized
• Assisting with framing and drywall
• Assisting with flooring and finishing work
• Measuring and cutting materials under supervision
• Using basic hand and power tools
• Preparing materials for the crew
• General construction and renovation tasks
• Following safety procedures and instructions

We're Looking For Someone Who Is
• Reliable and punctual
• Hardworking and physically capable of performing construction tasks
• Willing to learn
• Comfortable working with their hands
• Able to follow instructions
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Respectful of clients' homes and property
• Interested in developing their construction skills

Previous construction experience is an asset but not required for the right person.
A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are an asset.
