As a ten plus year experienced poultry keeper, I will tell you MICE are the worst part of having chickens... but I can solve that for you with this custom built refurbished coop Im rebuilding.

It has been stripped down bare, cleaned and the insulation replaced with rockwool, and fine, galvanized mesh hardware cloth installed over every inch of the build. It has a very good drawing ventilation system with a fan so your birds won't get sick or frostbite from built up moisture. It's on a HD skid that makes it easy to move, and it will be finished with all the bells and whistles, sparing no detail to painted and wallpapered perfection. I will be including an automatic door and a panel heater, and the coop is wired with a light inside, an outlet inside, and one outside on a very long and included extension cord. The skid will be sanded and weatherproofed, every Crack and hole sealed, every surface painted, and every possible square inch covered in mesh so mice can't chew through this work of art.

It will comfortably house 6 large birds, or 8-10 bantams if they are forced to stay in with bad weather. Lots of room, and the 2 sides can be sectioned off to make 2 mini coops in one.

It will be finished the remodel within 2 weeks and available to pick up in the crowsnest pass. Videos of full rebuild on request, and please don't low ball my price. You will NOT find anyone, anywhere, selling something of this quality or willing to put the work into a chicken coop that I have with this one. You can spend the same or even more on a similar product, but it won't be mouseproof, and youd better hope it has proper insulation and ventilation for our alberta winters. This one has everything an experienced chicken person could ever want, including the chicken print wallpaper, and red/ black/ white theme.
