Overview
Seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to provide high-quality care and assistance to a male with a physical disability within the home. Please note that this job is not through an Agency rather I am employing PSWs on my own. Also, this job is part-time with consistent hours in the morning and occasional afternoons and evenings.

Duties:
- Assist client with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support;
- Provide patient care including medication administration;
- Support with meal preparation as needed;
- Help with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and maintaining a safe environment;
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life through personalized care plans;
- Document care provided accurately.

Qualifications
- Experience in assisted living, nursing home, hospice, or home care settings preferred;
- Knowledge of patient care practices, medication administration, and caregiving techniques;
- Familiarity with working with people with disabilities;
- Ability to support client when performing a transfer;
- Strong communication skills and compassionate nature;
- Ability to work independently;
- Valid certification or training in caregiving or nursing-related fields is advantageous but not mandatory;
- Must be reliable and committed to the scheduled shifts;
- Must be available for on-call coverage; and
- Must be patient-focused, and committed to providing exceptional support to clients.
