am a Certified Recreation Therapist with experience supporting children and individuals with autism, as well as seniors living with dementia. I provide personalized one-to-one recreation and wellness support in the comfort of your home.

My goal is to help each individual stay active, engaged, socially connected and involved in meaningful activities based on their interests, abilities and comfort level.

With a background in Recreation Therapy, I focus on each person’s abilities, interests, routine and comfort level. My goal is to help clients stay engaged, active, connected and confident while enjoying activities that bring purpose and happiness to their day.

Activities may include:
Colouring, arts & crafts
Puzzles, matching games & word searches
Cognitive and memory activities
Music and recreational activities
Walking and supervised outdoor activities
Ball games and movement activities
Gentle chair exercises and stretching
Social interaction and companionship
Games and leisure activities
Skill-building and confidence-building activities
Individualized activity routines based on the client’s interests and abilities
