Operating at 20 kHz, this high-performance system combines the power supply, digital controller, and pneumatic actuator into a single, compact benchtop footprint. Engineered for maximum precision and repeatability, it is the industry standard for high-strength plastic assembly, staking, and hermetic sealing in medical device manufacturing, automotive components, optics, and electronics. It creates permanent chemical-free hermetic seals for various plastics.

Included Air System - The Branson 2000iw uses both electricity and compressed air for the pneumatic piston. It is important to have dry air for longevity of tools that use pneumatics. I purchased a suitable solution that has an automated release valve to drain condensed water vapor every time we run our compressor and an inline commercial desiccant dryer. The cost of these components is a few thousand dollars.

Automatic tank bleed valve drains tank each day of any condensed water
Desiccant dryer for entire system
6 lab shutoff/regulator/gauge air drops for equipment arranged in three pairs
High pressure tubing and square lab channel to air drops
