Howe Family Farms is hiring for 30 seasonal General Farm Labourer positions at the Aylmer, Ontario location starting March 23, 2027 to November 30, 2027. Work will involve harvesting strawberries and other crops by hand, sorting and packing harvested product, general field and tunnel maintenance including weeding and bed preparation, and assisting with irrigation and equipment upkeep. The rate of pay is $17.95/hour. Piece-rate pay is available for strawberry harvest — motivated pickers regularly earn above the hourly rate. Hours of work are up to 60 hours per week including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Overtime required and available. No degree, certificate, or diploma required. Will train. Work must be completed at the physical farm location — no option to work remotely. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks including bending and kneeling.
