One bedroom with a closet and shelves, plus a small
Den with a captains bed and drawers.
Large bathroom with walk in shower and a jet tub.

It has a living room and small quaint kitchen for light prep meals (fridge, 2 burners and a sink) lots of shelves, no large oven or dishwasher. A toaster oven, slow cooker or air fry can be added.

cable/internet, hydro, heater, all utilities and laundry Included. Damage deposit of half months rent.

Private entrance, one parking space and use of fenced in back yard. Storage space is available.
Suite is in juniper on a bus route.

I am home a lot and I travel so I am Looking for a tenant that is responsible, respectful and a quieter lifestyle that would fit in with my living arrangements and my good neighbours all around.

Very Organized available and simple Recycling, compost and garbage which is an absolute requirement. Changing which bin is used is all that’s needed. Here we conserve water and electricity as well.
Laundry is shared.

Absolutely no smoking inside. No drugs, parties or wild behaviour. Zero tolerance.

No cats but a small dog could be negotiable
And a pet deposit will be required.

References for rental, work and character will be required, as well
As 2 million $ Tenant insurance which runs about 40$ a month.
