Position Title: Class 1 Flatdeck Truck Driver
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Home Weekends)

Compensation: 25% of Gross Revenue (Full Transparency)

Key Responsibilities

* Safely operate a Class 1 tractor-trailer unit on dedicated regional/highway routes.

* Secure flatdeck freight using straps, winches, and edge protectors according to load security standards.

* Conduct thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections.

* Maintain accurate electronic logbooks (ELD) and shipping documentation.

* Communicate professionally with dispatch and dedicated customer personnel at pickup and delivery locations.

Requirements

* License: Valid Class 1 Commercial Driver’s License with a clean driver's abstract.

* Experience: Minimum 1 year of direct flatdeck experience required; 3 years of total Class 1 driving experience preferred.

* Skills: Strong working knowledge of cargo securement regulations (specifically strap application) and safe driving practices.

* Professionalism: Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining safety standards.
