Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide home support services to clients in Bauline and surrounding areas.

Duties:
- Assist clients with daily living activities
- Provide companionship and personal care
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Follow care plans with compassion and respect

Requirements:
- PSW certificate or relevant experience (preferred)
- Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license (REQUIRED - no public transit in our area)
- Compassionate, reliable, and punctual
- Criminal Record Check Vulnerable Sector Check (required)
- Excellent communication skills
