Sugoi Sushi in Port Hope is looking for a reliable Kitchen & Sushi Bar Assistant to join our team.

This is a flexible, hands-on position supporting both the kitchen and sushi bar. You will help wherever the restaurant needs you most.

Main responsibilities:
• Kitchen preparation and cooking assistance
• Preparing maki rolls and other sushi items
• Preparing and organizing ingredients
• Keeping work areas clean and organized
• Supporting the kitchen or sushi station during busy periods

Requirements:
• Kitchen or sushi-bar experience preferred
• Reliable, responsible and hardworking
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Interested in long-term employment
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Must be able to reliably commute to Port Hope

Japanese or Korean language ability is welcome but not required.
