I bought 3 scooters in May.
Not knowing which one would be right for me.
The Segway is absolutely awesome, the smoothest ride and most stable.
However, it's too fast for me.
I'm 62, and the other two I have are more manageable.
Segway out of the box goes 40k, I think it will go faster, but I haven't downloaded the app
My others go 30k and 20k which is enough for me.
I bought the Segway factory direct.
Have shipping box and manuals.
Because of having 3 scooters, and our rainy season, I didn't use it much.
Never ridden in the rain or wet streets
