?Would you like to Live in a room in a Mansion in St. Catharines for as little as $500.00 per month (SHARED), $950.00 per month (PRIVATE), $2,500.00 per month (PRIVATE BATHROOM-QUEEN SUITE) with assisted living accommodations, including; a Nanny, a Driver, a Chef, a PSW Worker and a Handyman, working for you, as needed?
This is a beautiful home (and rooms) with great "roomies" that CARE about each other, an "on site caring owner" looking to "Keep it Beautiful" and "Retire at Home", so custom builds, long term leases and/or "rent-lease to own" are options should you wish a "long term stay".
It has a fully furnished dining room, kitchen, fridge, super fast wifi, stove, music room, Yoga / Tai Chi / Sanctuary rooms, business office, computers, printers, lots of storage space with washer, dryer, fridge, stove, near hospitals, parks, perfect for a retiree, a couple, business executives, students and/or a start up "Entrepreneur".

Rent is $500.00 (SHARED), $950.00 (PRIVATE), $2,500.00 (SUITE) per month, first and last, "ALL IN". (Food, Transportation , Cleaning & Other Services are Extra, on site, as needed).
Also, If you own a business or are looking for ways to make money, several of the roomies have odd jobs for you to make some extra CASH.
RULES: Smoking Outside, Quiet-Bed Time 8pm to 6am, Week Days
