This part-time position involves approximately 25 hours per week, with shifts scheduled from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Thursday through Monday. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing dine-in and takeout orders, processing payments, and maintaining the cleanliness of our front-of-house area. While previous restaurant or customer service experience is considered an asset, we are more than happy to provide training to the right candidate who is friendly, punctual, and comfortable working in a busy environment. A valid Food Handler Certificate is required for this role. Key responsibilities include: - Providing friendly service to all guests. - Accurately taking orders over the phone and in person. - Efficiently packing and organizing takeout orders. - Ensuring the restaurant floor remains clean and organized. - Assisting the team with various front-of-house duties as needed.
