Wage Breakdown by Experience

Entry-Level / Apprentices: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour. These roles usually focus on labor, hauling lumber, and learning basic cutting and layout under a lead carpenter.

Mid-Level (2 years experience): $25.00 – $34.00 per hour. Competent framers who can read blueprints, square walls, and work efficiently without constant supervision.

Lead Framers / Journeymen: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour. Top-tier framers or sub-contractors who manage a crew, handle complex roof framing, and calculate layouts.
